A team is a group of people with different abilities, talents, experience and backgrounds who have come together for a shared purpose. Despite their individual differences, that common goal provides the thread that defines them as a team.


Team Astra Robotics strives to pick members possessing - scientific and logical knack, desire to apply knowledge in the practical world, ability to work in teams and most importantly passion towards the team’s goal.


The recruitment process takes place in 2 stages: written round and personal interview. Students of all branches are eligible to apply for the written round. The written round consists of questions ranging over various domains: Logical Reasoning, Basic electrical and electronics, Basic programming and Mechanics. Candidates clearing the written round are called for the Personal Interview which has 2 parts: Technical round and HR round. The technical round tests your logic and mode of approach to any given situation. The HR round tests your social skills and your ability to manage critical situations.


Candidates who perform satisfactorily in both the rounds are inducted into the team.
